I often make all three at once because they all have the same base ingredients and are all delicious.

I chopped up two Roma tomatoes, one white onion, half a bunch of cilantro, one jalapeño, and I used two limes (even though only one is shown).   Mixed them all together in a bowl and you get Pico de Gallo.

Take two tablespoon scoops of the chunks and drip about a teaspoon of the juice in a separate bowl. Add two cloves of garlic and two smashed avocados. 

And you get Guacamole 

If you like your guacamole more creamy add only one scoop of the pico.

And Finally Shrimp Ceviche


Take Two tablespoon scoops of the Pico in another bowl, chop up 10 large shrimp, and a couple splashes of tomato juice and you have Ceviche 🙂 super quick and easy especially if you have an onion chopper to chop the onions, tomatoes, and jalapeños.
